The following terms are specific to Estimate.

Purchases

• Estimate Pro is a one-time purchase (a non-consumable in-app purchase). It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew — you pay once.
• The price is shown in the app before purchase, in your local currency, and on Apple’s confirmation sheet.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The unlock is tied to your Apple Account. If you reinstall, or sign in on another device with the same Apple Account, use Restore in the app to re-enable it at no charge.
• The free version keeps one full MDMP plan, every step and tool, and the whole reference library. Estimate Pro adds: unlimited plans, the Combat Estimate (Seven Questions) framework, plain-text export of your brief / OPORD, and the home-screen widget.

Training and exercise use

Estimate is a planning aid for training and exercise use. It is a structured notebook for the Military Decision-Making Process and the Combat Estimate — it is not official doctrine, not authoritative guidance, and not a substitute for your chain of command, unit SOPs or a qualified staff. It stores only what you type and performs only simple arithmetic (the weighted decision matrix). You remain solely responsible for your planning and your decisions.

Do not enter classified or otherwise restricted information into the app.

No warranty

Estimate is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the current version always lives at this address.
