ExitCheck — Terms of Use

Last updated: 29 June 2026

By downloading or using ExitCheck ("the app") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use ExitCheck on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

A reminder aid, not a safety guarantee

ExitCheck is a personal memory aid. Marking an item as checked records that you tapped it — it does not verify that your door is actually locked, your stove is actually off, or that your home is secure. Always physically confirm anything that matters for your safety. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from reliance on the app.

Subscriptions

ExitCheck Pro is an auto-renewable subscription. The subscription renews automatically at the price shown until cancelled. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

No warranty & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
