Common questions
- Where is my data? Everything stays on your device. Use
Settings → Export a backup to move it to a new phone.
- OneTap Plus / subscriptions. Manage or cancel anytime in
iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Tap "Restore purchase" in the
app if Plus doesn't show after reinstalling.
- Reminders aren't firing. Allow notifications for OneTap
in iPhone Settings → Notifications.
- Camera/photos. Used only to attach a photo to a capture;
nothing is uploaded.
