No accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, no third-party trackers. Everything you do in GreenEarth works offline and stays on your device. The only exception is an optional GreenEarth+ purchase — see “Purchases” below.
· What stays on your device
Everything you enter or generate — your quiz answers, action plan, logged actions, streak, badges, and reminder settings — is stored only on your device. It is never uploaded or shared with us or anyone else. Delete the app and it's gone.
· Notifications
If you turn on the optional daily reminder, GreenEarth schedules a local notification on your device. No push server is involved and nothing leaves your phone. Turn it off anytime in the app or your device settings.
· Purchases
GreenEarth is free to use. If you choose to buy GreenEarth+ (an optional one-time purchase), the transaction is handled by the App Store or Google Play and by our payments provider, RevenueCat. To validate and restore your purchase, they process the transaction and an app-generated purchase/device identifier — nothing more. This purchase data is never linked to your quiz answers, plan, or logged actions, which always stay on your device. See RevenueCat's privacy policy for details.
· Impact estimates
The CO₂, water, and waste figures are approximate estimates from published averages, shown for guidance and motivation — not precise measurements. They're calculated entirely on your device.
· Children
GreenEarth is suitable for all ages and collects no personal data from anyone, including children. (Optional purchases are processed by the app stores as described above.)
